About the Role

In this vital role, you will support the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.

What You'll Do

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.

What You'll Need

Our client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Readiness Associate 1 for their Atlanta, GA location.

Responsibilities:

The Mission Readiness team at Client is looking for a Mission Readiness Associate 1 to support daily fleet operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the vehicles with tasks such as cleaning and fueling and ensuring the test site is organized and presentable for operations. Within the BaseOps team, you will help ensure the vehicles meet regulatory requirements per the provided guidance. You will also support our parts team in organizing and transporting spare parts inventory. Additionally, you will help our Vehicle Operations team with their operational testing needs. Supporting company milestones and optimizing drive operations across multiple locations. Ensure the vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for use. Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment. Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness. Perform routine fueling of our test vehicles and supporting equipment. Execute mission prep procedures, which include, but are not limited to launching software across several devices per vehicle, verifying SW and HW configurations, capturing requested data, and escalating issues as they arise. Support the readiness of spare parts and the associated inventory. Provide support with direct ingesting vehicles as well as deploying SW. Provide hands-on technical support to the BaseOps technicians. (fluid changes, part replacements, wiring checks, etc) General testing support (documentation, pre-mission assistance, cone courses, obstacles, traffic control, support vehicle driving).

Requirements:

2-4 years of work experience. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Possess a "get it done" attitude and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasks. Must have the proven ability to problem solve and deliver on high-pressure situations. Must have the proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverables. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Works well in a team environment. Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair. Hospice de la Luz/Jet Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced, full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team serving our patients currently enrolled in our hospice services in and around Albuquerque, NM. Specifically the North East Heights/East Mountains region.

The Certified Nursing Assistant is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort. The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient's care.

Requirements

• Performing personal care needs after given a patient's assignment and attending to his/her requests promptly. If unable to perform a certain task, report to the Registered Nurse Case Manager immediately
• Meeting safety needs of patient and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, O2 etc.)
• Performing vitals and ADLs for each patient as needed including but not limited to personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linen, assisting in dressing and undressing patients, assisting in feeding the patient as assigned
• Providing proper care and observation of patient's skin to prevent breakdown of tissue over bony prominence
• Reporting on patient's condition and significant changes to the Registered Nurse Case Manager. Also aware of the caregiver or other individuals living with the patient and interpersonal issues
• Assisting in ambulation and exercise as instructed by the hospice nurse or therapist
• Offering and assisting with bedpans and urinals. Providing assistance as assigned with light laundry needs
• Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency
• Providing respite for patient's/family/caregiver when on-site, as appropriate
• Keeping patient's immediate living space tidy, as assigned
• Adhering to the organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
• Participates in quality assessment performance improvement teams and activities
• Respectful of patient and family/caregiver environment and patient's personal needs
• Participate in on-call as assigned
• Meets the training requirements of the State

Position Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state you are applying and will be working

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
