Position Purpose:As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in the operation of our business by transporting empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations and turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations. The Driver, Shuttle drives a tandem trailer, tractor trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes for the purpose of transporting empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations. Turns around and delivers full trailers with various products to domicile/shuttle yard locations in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Ensures all required route paperwork is with tractor trailer load and available to driver upon dispatch.
- Drives and delivers trailers according to predetermined route schedule.
- Performs hook/unhook procedures per safety guidelines.
- Parks and stores tractor trailers in designated areas.
- Ensures all equipment and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Collects and secures damaged goods and customer returns in empty trailer to bring back to driver check-in at base facility and complete necessary paperwork.
- Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent ExperienceValid CDL A
Must be 21 years of age
Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
Pass pre-employment drug test
Pass road test
Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from approximately 60 to 90 pounds, depending on the location.

What you’ll do:
As an authentic brand ambassador for the Wayfair family, lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting them with the world's biggest and best home online assortment brought to life in our stores.
Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment in all departments to ensure the sales-floor is adequately stocked. Maintain visual standards required by Wayfair and Tanger Outlets.
Support customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services including (order pick up, incoming inventory).
Maintaining visual standards, replenishment, safety and backroom standards.
Participate in all operational aspects of the store including but not limited to: processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions and general upkeep of the store
Exemplify a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis with customers and your team members.
Bring a willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations.

Assist with furniture delivery to customer's vehicles
Criteria:
1+ years of stock receiving required, retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and passion for great customer service
Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
All employees will be expected to represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
Essential Functions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; regularly climb or balance; and frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Working Hours:

Hours: 20 hours per week
Weekends and dayshift availability is required for this role.
Store hours:
Monday -Saturday: 10am -8pm
Sunday: 11AM-7PM

What you’ll do:
As an authentic brand ambassador for the Wayfair family, lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting them with the world's biggest and best home online assortment brought to life in our stores.
Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment in all departments to ensure the sales-floor is adequately stocked. Maintain visual standards required by Wayfair and Tanger Outlets.
Support customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services including (order pick up, incoming inventory).
Maintaining visual standards, replenishment, safety and backroom standards.
Participate in all operational aspects of the store including but not limited to: processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions and general upkeep of the store
Exemplify a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis with customers and your team members.
Bring a willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations.
Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings and operations.
Assist with furniture delivery to customer's vehicles
Criteria:
1+ years of stock receiving required, retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and passion for great customer service
Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
All employees will be expected to represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
Essential Functions:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
Positive, professional attitude and demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting customers
Technical acumen to learn necessary software (google and microsoft office) to manage inventory and price items
Ability to process information and merchandise through a computer system and POS register system.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; regularly climb or balance; and frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Working Hours:
At Wayfair and our family of brands, we strive to provide our employees with a work schedule that protects their work/life balance and takes their scheduling preferences into consideration. Please understand due to the nature of the retail industry, your shift schedule will vary. However, we will work to provide you with your schedule a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, and you will have the opportunity to trade with teammates as needed.
