Role

  • Provide general obstetric and gynecologic care including outpatient, inpatient and surgical services

  • Participate in inpatient call-coverage on Labor & Delivery

Annual Compensation Range $315,594.00 - $470,339.00 The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. ABOUT THE ROLE

The University of Kentucky College of Medicine Department of Radiology is recruiting a full-time neuroradiologist for a fully remote clinical faculty position.

The schedule consists of seven consecutive overnight clinical shifts from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time, followed by 14 rest and nonclinical days. Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a full time Board Certified Wound Care specialist. This position includes Leadership and Clinical Direction for all Bon Secours Richmond Wound Care Clinics.

Duties include overseeing clinical functions at all four Bon Secours Wound Care Facilities, patient care and Medical Directorship (.2 FTE Medical Directorship). Successful candidate will see patients for scheduled appointments which include sick visits, routine follow-ups, hospital follow-ups and pre-op medical clearance. In addition to refilling medications, follow-up with patients on labs/imaging studies with assistance of LPN/CMA, document encounter, billing in EMR and close encounter same day. Sign home health orders and other patient correspondence as needed.

The Medical Director is essential to the success of the Wound Care Center. As a member of the leadership team, the Medical Director is responsible for the oversight of medical services rendered as well as the quality of wound care provided. The Medical Director will act as a strong advocate of the Wound Care Center, help guide and direct the Center s overall development and provisions of medical services.

Medical Director Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivery of Medical Care

Acts as a resource for other personnel as appropriate. On call rotation is required.

The Solution Partner will lead the creation of proposals, solutions, and estimates that lead to signings and revenue growth. Partnering closely with Service Line delivery leadership, this role ensures solutions are validated and structured for successful delivery. They will also provide delivery oversight and assessments as needed to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term partnership success.

Working alongside Account Partners, Regional Vice Presidents, and Enterprise Client Executives, the Solution Partner will serve as a strategic technical advisor to clients. This includes developing strong relationships with IT and business executives, technical architects, and client leads. They will lead strategic briefings, provide guidance, and bring in additional Neudesic resources to support client strategies and priorities.

The role will require active collaboration with Microsoft and other alliance partners, building strong relationships with technical sellers such as Technical Specialists (TSPs) and Solution Specialists (SSPs). The Solution Partner will bring forward relevant offerings, assets, positioning, and client successes to strengthen our alliance partnerships and generate new opportunities.

The Solution Partner will be a key driver of innovation and asset development, leveraging direct client work to identify opportunities for new investments in both horizontal technologies and industry‑focused solutions. Working with clients, VBUs, and service line leadership, they will shape solutions that deliver measurable outcomes and lasting impact.

Responsibilities

  • Trusted Advisor – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client sponsors by building trust, demonstrating expertise, and guiding them toward valuable outcomes. Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure client perspectives are managed and the value delivered is clearly recognized.
  • Client Focus – Maintain a consistent presence within accounts, particularly where service lines are engaged. Partner with key client sponsors to drive measurable outcomes, showcasing our capabilities that enable them to achieve their goals. Demonstrate relentless focus on delivering client value.
  • Technical Sales – Owns the solution throughout the sales process, collaborating with technical team members as needed to ensure a comprehensive and aligned

  • Estimation – Develops accurate estimates for proposals and SOWs by thoroughly understanding the scope and solution, and collaborates with service line delivery leaders to validate estimates, assess risks, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Ownership – Owns all technical aspects of the sales process, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring accountability. Committed to supporting team members, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving optimal outcomes.
  • Knowledge – Maintains deep expertise within their service line while staying informed of initiatives and successes across regions. Actively shares wins, assets, and best practices, stays hands‑on with evolving technologies, and engages with service line leaders to remain current on offerings and capabilities.
  • Alliances – Actively builds and maintains relationships with Microsoft and other relevant partners within their operating unit. Understands partnership structures, compensation, and available funding options. Engages key partner roles such as ATS, SSP, and CSAs to drive service line and account opportunities.
  • Innovation – Collaborates with clients to develop innovative solutions that can be transformed into reusable assets. Leverages global service line capabilities and OU resources to create horizontal or vertical assets. Integrates asset creation into client engagements where appropriate and utilizes existing assets from service lines and VBUs within accounts.
  • Mentoring – Mentors and develops consultants, nurturing high‑potential talent to become future Solution Partners.
  • Metrics – Understands key sales and market performance metrics and proactively aligns actions to drive results against them.
  • Teaming – Recognizes that a strong, accountable team is key to success. Balances holding team members accountable with actively listening and collaborating. Partners across the organization—including operations, service lines, and other OUs—to achieve broader business outcomes.
  • Delivery Transition – Ensures a deliberate and effective transition to the delivery team, setting them up for success. Crafts SOWs that position Neudesic for success, avoiding low estimates, unrealistic expectations, or unachievable commitments. Facilitates internal kickoff calls that cover client background, stakeholders, business objectives, solution scope, and team composition. Remains available to support the transition as needed to drive clarity and minimize wasted effort.

The Solution Partner is key to driving revenue growth, technical engagement, and expanding market presence within the Microsoft and IBM ecosystems. Beyond pre‑sales support, the role’s true impact comes from building strong technical relationships with Microsoft alliance teams and client stakeholders to shape strategic direction and accelerate the realization of business opportunities.
