  • Management of Office
    • Prepare the office for a remarkable client experience through cleanliness, professionalism, and readiness.
    • Receive clients and guests with warmth and care anticipating immediate needs.
  • Create an atmosphere of team accountability that values good communication verbally and through proper use of BambooHR and Salesforce.
  • Clerical functions: scheduling appointments, documenting calls, managing workflows, data entry, and mail vetting and distribution.
    • Assess and maintain general office, kitchen, and first aid supplies.
    • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members as the need arises.
    • Liaison with building management and overseer of maintenance tasks in concert with the Director of Team Engagement.
    • Maintain an awareness of everything going on in your location.
    • Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with other Office Coordinators and front desk representatives.
  • Office Preparation
    • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen; run the dishwasher as needed. Address ongoing issues as needed.
    • Manage refrigerator space and beverages insuring everyone has ample space to use.
    • Take out the trash from each restroom (GenWealth proprietary) and kitchen at the end of each day.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general direction of the Residential Manager, the Home Lead will be responsible for the management of a designated residential site. The Home Lead will be responsible for all aspects of services provided to individuals at the designated residential site. Services could include supported living, residential habilitation, community participation, and personal assistance. Direct Support Professional duties are required when on regularly scheduled shifts.

Pay is $16.25 per hour. $1.00 per hour shift premium on Saturday and Sunday day shift.

Comply with Easter Seals Policies and Procedures, DDA, licensure, Title VI, HIPAA, and Confidentiality requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma/GED

Valid TN drivers license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Report, and 3 years driving experience

Communication and math skills sufficient to write reports and keep records

Average computer knowledge and use.

The ability to organize workloads, as well as motivate staff is a must for success.

Ability to handle occasional long hours and/or flexible schedules is needed to complete the requirements of supervision and maintenance of supported living homes

Ability to complete all required training including, but not limited to, training required by the Organization, CPR, First Aid, and other DDA mandated training.

Previous experience working directly with persons with physical or mental disabilities preferred
