Responsibilities

Registered nurses (RNs) perform basic duties that include treating patients, educating patients about mental and medical conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients' and/or family members, running therapeutic groups, psychiatric crisis intervention, seclusion and restraint of patients. RNs record patients' medical histories and symptoms, help to perform diagnostic tests and analyze results, operate medical machinery, administer treatment and medications, and help with patient follow-up and rehabilitation. Qualifications

Pay Transparency

Role Summary

The Private Bank UHNW Residential Mortgage Specialist is responsible for end-to-end mortgage fulfillment of portfolio loans. This role owns the client experience and execution from application through funding, acting as a knowledgeable, trusted point of contact.

The role partners closely with Private Banker, Credit, Legal, Compliance and third-party vendors to deliver a private label, white-glove experience while ensuring regulatory and policy adherence.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary fulfillment contact for UHNW clients once an application is received, providing clear guidance on process, documentation, timelines, and closing logistics.
  • Subject-matter expert on the following:
    • Loan mortgage structure and pricing.
    • State-specific disclosures and timing considerations.
    • Documentation requirements for complex income, assets, trusts, and entities (W-2, K-1s, partnership distributions, LLC, Trusts, Corp)
    • Appraisals, title, escrow, insurance, and closing logistics.
  • Review applications for completeness and accuracy; initiate disclosures (LE, CD, NOIA, Commitments)
  • Coordinate end-to-end closing logistics with attorneys, escrow/title agents, insurance brokers, Condo/Co-op Boards.
  • Ensure all closing documents & funding are accurate & timely.
  • Ensure clean handoff to servicing and onboarding teams; follow up on any trailing documentation.
  • Support quality control, audit, and regulatory reviews as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and complete loan files within internal systems, ensuring audit ready documentation throughout the process.
  • Deliver a high-touch, discreet, and proactive client experience, coordinating closely with Private Bankers to align messaging and expectations.
  • Anticipate and identify potential issues upfront and proactively resolve prior to any impact to client satisfaction.

Skills You'll Need

  • Extensive experience in residential mortgage fulfillment, processing/closing, or Underwriting experience, preferably within Private Banking Wealth Management
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex UHNW mortgage borrowers and loan structures.
  • Exceptional client communication skills with the ability to explain technical requirements clearly and confidently.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and issue-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Trust, LLC, LP, and other entity borrowing structures.
  • Exposure to operational risk, quality assurance, and regulatory documentation standards.
  • Current NMLS registration or obtain within 90 days

Expectations

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Steel Sourcing Manager is responsible for sourcing US manufactured components associated with Solar Trackers. This role will be involved with end-to-end procurement of structural components for solar tracking projects in key commodities of steel coils, torque tubes, piles, and stamped parts The Sourcing Manager drives cost-effective, high-quality, and timely procurement of steel, stamped parts, and fabricated structural components (torque tubes, foundation piles). This role involves managing the entire supplier lifecycle, from qualification and negotiation to contract management and risk mitigation for large-scale projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supplier Management: Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers for stamping, roll-forming, and structural steel, ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical specs.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead RFQ/RFP events and negotiate contracts for pricing, lead times, capacity commitments, and payment terms to achieve total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with corporate objectives for sustainability, cost reduction, and supply chain resilience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability (e.g., in-transit inventory) for construction projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

@Orchard is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a highly visible contract with NOAA's Office of Ocean Exploration and Research (OER).


The Project Manager will serve as a key subject matter experience supporting NOAA's Office of Ocean Exploration and Research by coordinating multi-agency scientific partnerships, research funding initiatives, and strategic ocean exploration programs. The successful candidate will provide expertise in ocean technology and the marine environment while facilitating the National Oceanographic Partnership Program (NOPP) and its partnership with the U.S. Navy Office of Naval Research (ONR). This role is responsible for coordinating collaborative research initiatives, supporting federal funding activities, and ensuring successful execution of complex scientific programs.


This position is contingent upon contract award.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the program's technical advisor on ocean science and technology initiatives.
  • Lead coordination among NOAA laboratories, universities, cooperative institutes, and federal partners.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate development and submission of Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) and Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs).
  • Manage documentation and administrative activities related to IAAs, MOUs, spend plans, budget tracking, fund distribution, grants, and Cooperative Institute task orders.
  • Monitor project schedules, funding allocations, risks, milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate communications among partner organizations and provide regular status briefings to Government leadership.
  • Identify program risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and track corrective actions.
  • Monitor funded research projects to ensure documentation, reporting, and contractual requirements are satisfied.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for future ocean exploration and research initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in oceanography, marine science, ocean engineering, or related scientific discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience supporting ocean science, technology development, or marine research program management.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating multi-institutional research partnerships involving federal agencies, academia, and research organizations.
  • Knowledge of federal research funding mechanisms, including BAAs, NOFOs, cooperative agreements, grants, and interagency agreements.
  • Excellent technical writing, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience supporting NOAA, ONR, NSF, NASA, BOEM, USGS, or similar federal science organizations is highly desirable.
