Requirements

10+ years of experience in technical and engineering roles supporting the Defense enterprise

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field

Deep technical breadth across Department of Defense test and evaluation infrastructure, instrumentation, modeling and simulation (M&S), and supporting computing and networking technologies

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to initiate, facilitate, and maintain sensitive relationships from management to senior executive level

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the judgment to operate in ambiguous, high-consequence portfolio decisions

Proficiency in portfolio-level technical road mapping and strategic planning

Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate complex technical findings for SES, Flag, O-6, and GS-15 audiences

Ability to work collaboratively across services, agencies, contractors, performers, and combatant commands

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent technical reviews and assessments

Active or eligibility for TS/SCI Clearance

Education and Experience
  • 6+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
