Marketing Manager
Are you a seasoned integrated marketing professional looking for an opportunity to grow? TT Electronics is seeking a dynamic, driven and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts in the Components Division. This role will be pivotal in driving the value proposition messaging, growth and market presence of our products and solutions within the Division.
The ideal candidate will have a breadth of marketing experience in creating brand awareness, working with the Sales teams globally on trade shows, and working with Engineering on developing new product introduction initiatives including LinkedIn marketing and white paper development.
Reporting to the Director of Product, the Marketing Manager joins a dynamic and high-performing global team.
As Marketing Manager for the Components Division, you will be responsible for the delivery of the integrated marketing plan in the region. You will:
- Partner with the global sales organization to execute strategic marketing plans, produce compelling news business proposals, and provide support in meeting commercial growth objectives.
- Manage all marketing activities and events, including demand generation, thought leadership marketing communications, and sales collateral.
- Lead the development of customer-facing marketing materials such as campaign assets, website content, social media, digital marketing campaigns, video, advertising, earned media, and sales enablement resources.
- Support product launches and coordinate marketing campaigns to generate high market impact.
- Manage the Voice of the Customer program and work with our teams to ensure a closed loop process.
- Manage relationships with external marketing partners to ensure deliverables are met on plan and on budget.
- Manage the divisional marketing budget and develop marketing KPI reporting.
The Marketing Manager for the Components Division is a critical business partner to our commercial and technical teams. Occasional travel is required in this role to our facilities in Mexico and the United Kingdom, and to attend trade shows across the globe.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following knowledge, skills, and attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, and/or business-related field required.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of marketing or communications experience.
- Experience in electronic components will set you apart.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing content for business-to-business audiences; competency in identifying and developing key messaging and quantifying value to our customers.
- Enjoy learning about the customer with the ability to identify key drivers and pain points to develop compelling content and narratives.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience and drive to communicate frequently with multiple senior leaders as a business partner.
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 plus annual bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
