The role involves developing deep relationships with radiology stakeholders, imaging managers, procurement leaders, and IT and biomed teams, while effectively navigating health system decision-making processes and engaging the broader Radiology ecosystem (including suites, OEMs, service hubs, radiologists, and system integrators). The Computed Tomography Sales Consultant sells, coordinates, and promotes products and services, while mentoring internal teams and leading impactful sales and marketing presentations. They ensure customer success by delivering clinical and operational economic value aligned with key customer priorities, coordinating resources across Bayer's cross-functional teams, and embedding the Radiology Customer Engagement Plan (CEP) under the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model.   • Follow visual merchandising standards, including keeping fixtures straightened and filled, colorizing displays, and others as directed by the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
  • Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager to take markdowns in a correct and timely manner. Complete work within deadlines and ask for additional assignments. Perform with minimum of supervision.
  • Follow all security policies and procedures, including zone defense. Recognize and react to potential loss prevention issues.
  • Watch for potential shortages through prompt servicing of customers, notifying management of external theft (shoplifting) and internal theft.

Mount Carmel Bluffs is a shared ministry of the Sisters of Charity, BVM and Presbyterian Homes & Services. This new senior community is in a beautiful and serene location atop the bluffs of Dubuque, Iowa, overlooking the Mississippi River.

Responsibilities

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining established clinical staff scheduling program. This position is also responsible for clinical payroll responsibilities and clerical duties as assigned.

Implement established staffing patterns and schedules that meet resident care needs and financial goals.

Serve on-call for staffing needs as assigned.

Maintain accurate staffing documentation including attendance tracking as designated by site.

Maintain and submit accurate staffing statistical data to supervisor according to established timelines.

Maintain effective communication systems with all customers.

Assist in the implementation of established staffing policies, procedures, and practices.

Assist in ensuring that staffing policies and procedures are understood and implemented by staff.

Conduct auditing as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated qualities in problem solving, organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work well with and coordinate the work of others.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $21.93 - $27.00 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
