Summary

The position will manage and maintain an Application Maintenance and Support Model for our enterprise platforms, including HRIS/HR platforms and ERP/financial systems such as Workday, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and other corporate applications. The employee will balance daily operations across these critical platforms used across multiple business units, while maturing support models and developing application roadmaps. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.
  • You will define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
  • You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
  • Master proficiency in Architecture Frameworks is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Architectural Design is recommended.
  • Additionally, advanced proficiency in Applications Architecture and Technology Architecture is suggested.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology architecture and design.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate architectural solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for technology architecture.
