Psychiatric Provider NP

The psychiatric provider will provide behavioral health care services to both children and adults in an integrated care center.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for providing outpatient care to patients showing a change or decline in mental status
• Work independently with other members of the medical or behavioral health team, with entitlements to specific clinical privileges approved by the clinic's Board of Directors
• Take part in an interdisciplinary team that provides primary care, dental and behavioral health care to employees and patients
• Perform patient histories and physicals, risk factor assessment, ordering of therapeutic and diagnostic tests; and attend to consultations and appointments
• Prescribe medications following the clinic's policy and relevant regulations of the State
• Consult with physicians on cases that are beyond the scope of qualification of PMHNP
• Put all relevant patient data in medical records and case presentations
• Formulate, execute and review healthcare education delivered to patients and families for disease prevention
• Ensure smooth communication with other health professionals for effective delivery of clinic service to patients
• Provide consultation to the clinic's nursing and medical staff for improvement in holistically treating the whole patient, which enhances overall quality service delivery of the clinic
• Provide clinically relevant supervision to other psychiatric providers and social workers.
• Complete staff employee evaluations, at minimum once yearly.
• Manage corrective actions with Chief Clinical Officer as needed.
• Provide onsite behavioral health guidance to all staff in the absence of the Chief Clinical Officer.

Education/ Skills/Qualifications:

• Psychiatric nurse practitioner Masters or Doctorate degree or graduated from accredited physician assistant program with at minimum 3 years post graduate experience in psychiatry.

American Traveler is hiring an experienced GI/Endoscopy RN with ICU/critical care and PACU recovery experience for a hospital-based procedural unit requiring an active NY RN license.

Details

Hospital-based Endoscopy/GI procedural unit providing Pre-Procedure, Intra-Procedure, and PACU/Recovery care

Patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, and adults undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and advanced endoscopic procedures

Unit has 6 procedure rooms and 15 beds with an average daily census of 33 and 5 visits per day

Staffing ratio of 1:2 with required 1:3 patient ratio experience

Procedures performed include ERCP, EUS, ESD, POEM, EMR, complex polypectomy, EGD, colonoscopy, and bronchoscopy, including general anesthesia and MAC cases

Uses Omnicell medication system and SBAR communication

Evening shift schedule of 5x7.5 hours from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Weekends not required

Floating required

Epic charting experience preferred but not required

Requirements

Active New York State RN license required

Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS preferred)

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

General Summary of Position

Assistant Site Manager

Ultimate Shine Car Wash is actively seeking an energetic self-starter to join our team as an Assistant Site Manager! If you are someone who prides yourself in a job well done, enjoys leading others, and desires to be a part of a growing organization, this is the career opportunity for you!

We are looking for someone to provide support to the Site Manager in the daily operations of Ultimate Shine, including training new Crew Members, start-up operations of assigned Car Wash Site, provide guidance and solutions for technical, mechanical, customer, and employee issues or concerns.

Essential Functions

• Train and support current and incoming Crew Members.
• Complete New Hire paperwork with new Team Members.
• Verify Shift Leaders and Crew Members are following all proper procedures and safety protocols while at work.
• Assist in constructing an employee schedule that considers daily demand and labor percentage of your respective car wash location.
• Support the Site Manager in tracking Crew Member hours to control labor cost.
• Provide clear and concise daily verbal reports to the Site Manager regarding daily operations.
• Assume Manager responsibilities if the Site Manager is not at work and/or unavailable.
• Demonstrate knowledge and effectively communicate with customers regarding each of the Ultimate Shine wash packages.
• Operate XPT machines, including how to read and understand the XPT cash audit report, zero XPT, and be entrusted on occasion to pull money from the XPT and make an accurate deposit.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of how Ultimate Shine Car Wash equipment works; perform maintenance on car wash equipment and troubleshoot inoperable equipment on site.
• Confirm equipment is in proper working order at all times to ensure a great car wash experience.
• Ensure that vehicles entering the tunnel are in proper condition to be washed; identify damage on a vehicle before it is sent into the tunnel.
• Once wash is complete, ensure customer satisfaction and cleanliness of vehicles.
• Properly handle customer complaints and damage claims; complete claim paperwork and follow appropriate procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times, including following the company dress code policy.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and other Team Members.
• Complete end of the month paperwork and audit.
• Guarantee completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as written on the checklist.
• Ensure general upkeep/maintenance of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Work with the Site Manager to order proper inventory for chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms. Ensure items are kept in stock.
• Other duties as assigned.

Manager, Perioperative and Procedural Assets

The Manager, Perioperative and Procedural Assets provides oversight for asset management and logistics across Perioperative and Procedural Services. This role provides operational leadership including process redesign and improvement, workflow and logistics analysis, equipment management, and capital planning. The Manager collaborates with clinical and operational leadership, Medical Directors, Ambulatory Administrators, and other key stakeholders to support operational and strategic initiatives related to asset management and logistics.

Essential Job Functions:

• Leads process redesign activities related to equipment and the physical procedural space.
• Supervises Equipment Coordinators, administers and implements department policies, standards and procedures, and organizes department operations and workflows.
• Ensures assets flow to the appropriate areas as needed.
• Oversees troubleshooting of equipment throughout Perioperative and Procedural areas and develops metrics to track equipment failure trends.
• Manages the capital asset acquisition process, develops annual capital plans, and works with key stakeholders to determine needs.
• Manages the requisition process for non-capital, non-supply chain needs and ensures shipping and receiving are appropriately tracked and documented.
• Partners with Supply Chain to manage service and maintenance agreements for assets in Perioperative and Procedural Services.
• Performs other duties as requested by senior management.

Required Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of administrative experience, including at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency and advanced skills in computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
• Working knowledge of patient satisfaction metrics and data analysis.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and profit and loss concepts.
• At least three (3) years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to accomplish departmental and organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field.
• Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Kronos Workforce.
