Compensation Range: USD $135,375.00 - USD $194,460.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. We are seeking an outstanding Emergency Medicine physician to join our team serving Winslow, Arizona. Physicians can choose to live in the area and enjoy everything Northern Arizona has to offer-including outdoor recreation, wide-open spaces, and easy access to Flagstaff, Sedona, the White Mountains, and the Grand Canyon-or commute from Phoenix, Albuquerque, and other surrounding communities or elsewhere in the US.

Opportunity Highlights
  • Hospital located in historic Winslow, AZ along Route 66

  • Approximately 12,000 annual ED visits

  • Hybrid staffing model:

    • Physician in-house 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

    • On-call 8:00 PM-8:00 AM

  • Most physicians work 3-4 consecutive days in a row

  • A focus on work-life balance

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities open

Schedule & Compensation
  • $3,870 per 24-hour (12-hr day, 12 hours on call)

  • Equivalent to $15,480 for a four-day run

  • Sign-on bonus available for full-time employment
