SealMaster is hiring a motivated Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

This is not a desk-only customer service job. You will work directly with contractors, business owners, and pavement maintenance professionals who rely on SealMaster for sealer, tools, equipment, materials, and technical support.

The right candidate is friendly, confident, organized, computer savvy, and comfortable in a hands-on industrial environment. You should enjoy helping customers, solving problems, learning products, and taking ownership of the customer experience.

You should be comfortable around pavement sealer, hoses, tanks, forklifts, equipment, and industrial materials. You may get dirty from time to time while helping customers and supporting daily operations.

Guiding Principles

At SealMaster, great service means moving with urgency, listening carefully, asking good questions, and helping customers find practical solutions.

We value people who are responsive, professional, and willing to follow through. A quick answer, the right product recommendation, or a few minutes of troubleshooting can save a customer hours in the field.

Strong team members keep learning, build product knowledge, get the details right, stay calm under pressure, own the outcome, and look for ways to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities
