At the beginning of shift attends shift report reads all progress notes test results and other patient data to determine patient status for past several shifts. Reads treatment plans and daily mental status assessments on patients to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of care. Meets with patient early in shift to review the schedule for the day. During the shift talks with patient about mental status behavior and progress patient is making towards identified treatment and discharge goals. Throughout the shift reports pertinent information to charge RN such as: level of safety changes in behavior increase in agitation physical complaints or any signs of physical illness vital signs intake and output activity of daily living status. Gives observation and input regarding the patient to Nurse Manager/Charge RN when unable to communicate directly at treatment team meetings. Shares observations and pertinent information with social worker clinical colleagues and patient family/caregivers. Documents patient activities behavior and mental status each shift as it relates to the problem list and treatment plan. Conducts individual contacts with patient throughout shift to introduce self and review patient needs. Identifies patients teaching needs and reports them to the RN. Identifies issues related to progress towards discharge or any barriers to discharge. Encourages participation in therapeutic group programs and individualize behavior plans. Provides patient/family education and supports regarding milieu programming goals of hospitalization and therapeutic interventions in support of meeting those goals. Participates in crisis intervention through the use of verbal and physical de-escalation of potentially unsafe or aggressive behavior per CPI technique and seclusion/restraint policies/procedures. Conducts patient safety checks as assigned to monitor both individual patient safety as well as unit mood and rising acuity concerns in the milieu. On admission conducts and/or assists RN with patient search for contraband vital signs height weight and orientation to the unit. Clarifies and implements unit rules indicated in patient handbook. Continuously evaluates patient progress toward goals clearly evident in documentation participation in treatment planning shift report and report to charge RN. Provides constructive peer feedback. Orients new staff to unit under the direction of the RN. Assists RN in administering physical care and personal hygiene measures to assigned patients as appropriate. Serves as role model for other mental health counselors. Leads and co-leads therapeutic process oriented and activity groups. Preserves patient rights relative to all aspects of patient care. Demonstrates ability to accept and respond to feedback regarding clinical and professional issues from peers and nurse manager and utilizes the feedback to improve practice and skill. Promotes improvement of unit program through individual committee or quality assurance activities i.e. completing patient profiles task force membership quality assurance monitoring and unit based supporting activities. Assists in maintaining a clean safe and respectful environment. Demonstrates assertive professional and constructive communication to other members of the healthcare team and demonstrates overall teamwork spirit. Utilizes professional problem-solving techniques to manage conflict. Must adhere to all of BMCs Values and Behavioral Standards.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree OR HS Diploma/GED and 2 years experience in the mental health/related field OR Mental Health Specialist certificate. Experience: Patient care skills acquired through one year of previous direct patient care experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated skill in developing helpful relationships with patients families and staff. Ability to use a variety of medical equipment necessary in the delivery of quality patient care. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Provides assistance to Members in the produce department. Answers questions, recommends products and safe handling tips, and assists Members with finding products throughout the club.

Inspects, rotates, and stores produce upon delivery. Ensures that all received produce meets or exceeds company produce standards.

Rotates produce on the sales floor to ensure optimal freshness and variety. Ensures cases and display areas are fully stocked. Keeps the produce displays neat and clean. Removes products that are no longer suitable for sale.

Maintains the produce reserve stock area. Dates and rotates all back stock items. Ensures the storage area is organized and condensed daily.

Follows established guidelines when disposing of damaged, spoiled, and/or expired products.

Assists Fresh Manager with inventory and order processing as needed.

Cleans and sanitizes all produce equipment, display fixtures, and areas, including the produce cooler and refrigerated display cases.

Generates signage for produce goods and performs price check functions when necessary. Ensures all items are accurately priced and signed.

Maintains all club policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Qualifications

Work experience in a produce department preferred.

Knowledge of fruit and vegetables preferred, including seasonal items.

At least 18 years of age.

Environmental Job Conditions

Most of the time is spent moving about frequently on hard surfaces and positioning oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping.

Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects greater than 30 pounds with assistance.

Located in a comfortable indoor environment with frequent exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and/or coolers.

Welder - About This Role

We believe people should love what they do in this role you will be responsible for:

  • MIG Weld is a minimum, TIG Weld preferred.
  • Welding of aluminum and other metal materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions.
  • Climbing on and over vehicles, up and down ladders.
  • Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)

Fabricator - About This Role

Perform tasks necessary to the production process including fabrication, maintenance, and repair of component parts and products. Comprehend and follow detailed verbal or written instructions, as well as diagrams, blueprints, and other technical documents. Examine blueprints and assemble machinery. Operate heavy machinery. Be a team player and collaborate with engineers designing and testing new products. Perform thorough quality control and identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures. Maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions to meet safety and quality requirements. Demonstrate high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications - Welder

1-3 years of related experience. Demonstrated skills based on the results of the welding test. Note: Level will be determined based on relevant experience, scope of role, skills, etc.

High school diploma or GED certificate

Essential Physical Demand Requirements:

Postural: Must have the ability to move extremities and spine throughout a sufficient range of motion that will permit the employee to work in a variety of postures involving a range from floor to overhead level.
