About the Role

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proficiency with 3D modeling software – Creo is preferred

Inspired Flight is seeking a talented and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. An Engineering Manager is a specialized role responsible for leading a team that focuses on software development, integration of payloads, and running validation and reliability testing for complex hardware and software systems.

This position is at the core of the engineering department at Inspired Flight and will be part of a rapidly growing company in the growing UAV industry.

As a Principal System Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the security aspects of the RAN and DAS products as part of the ICN business unit of Andrew. You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Designing and defining security policies and requirements for RAN and DAS systems
  • Architect secure environments across Linux/Windows systems, Kubernetes, and container platforms. Implement least privilege access, strong authentication, and patch management.
  • Performing risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analysis on RAN elements and AWS cloud hosting.
  • Preparing responses to customer security requirements and questionnaires.

Responsibilities Include
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and/of Lead Technician to review Repair Order, understand vehicle concerns and properly trouble-shoot and diagnose service or repair needed.

Assistant Store Managers position is responsible for the complete day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Assistant Store Managers are responsible for maximizing store sales and profitability, along with minimizing expenses while ensuring that the store is optimally stocked and merchandised. An Assistant Store Manager contributes to the growth and development of the management team and store associates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (assist in all of the following): SALES AND OPERATIONS
  • Train and develop store staff with goals for growth and success in their positions, provide ongoing performance feedback, and recognize accomplishments.
  • Coordinate the overall supervision of staff to ensure sales performance goals are met and company procedures are followed accurately.
  • Delegate workload among associates to meet merchandising and visual presentation standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Promote Customer Service as The #1 Priority. This must be accomplished on a daily basis through observing, monitoring and coaching associate’s performance and interactions on the sales floor.
  • Regularly promote and teach “Amaze Every Customer Every Time” while leading by example and coaching.
  • Use huddles, communication boards, and store meetings as the means to communicate the store’s performance, and educate, engage and motivate the team.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customers are acknowledged, customer needs are met, and concerns are resolved quickly.
  • Review all customer service measurement reports (e.g., Mystery Shop, Customer Engagement Survey, etc.), and work with the team to identify opportunities in an effort to sustain or improve overall service levels.
  • Document at least one (1) Observation per associate monthly and provide coaching in order to ensure consistency of service to all customers.
INVENTORY
  • Maintain accurate inventory at all stages through on-hand integrity, daily receiving and transfers, store communication, product mix and flow, and adhering to (Company Name) best practices, metrics and deadlines.
  • Utilize available inventory reports to reduce shrinkage, maintain appropriate stock levels and maximize inventory accuracy.
COACHING AND TRAINING
  • Work on your professional development through leadership training opportunities (self-directed learning, Ace learning and industry events, etc.)
  • Assist in training for store associates and be involved in ongoing training requirements for all associates (e.g. on-the-job training, vendor training, etc.)
SAFETY, COMPLIANCE AND STORE ENVIRONMENT

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

About The Role

The Government Guaranteed Lending Department (SBA) Business Development Officer is responsible for soliciting, and developing loan transactions within the SBA 7(A), 504, and USDA B&I loan programs. These transactions are to be in compliance with the Bank’s and the specific Agencies’ lending policies and procedures; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations; and refer customers to the appropriate staff for other services offered by the Bank. The position of SBA Business Development Officer is responsible for assisting in attaining his or her established production goals, as well as department and Bank goals through active participation officer calling programs and provides guidance and support to less experienced loan officers and other staff members.

Essential Duties
  • Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business.
  • Uses CRM systems to track interactions, update customer records, and manage pipeline activity.
  • Drafts proposal letters and facilitates the exchange of information and documentation where request by underwriter or management which are necessary to complete the loan analysis for presentation to Senior Management or Directors’ Loan Committee.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of the SBA S.O.P., and other regulation manuals and the like, to maintain a functioning knowledge of the Government Guaranteed Loan Programs.
  • Coordinates with loan processor / closer and loan underwriter to assist with any customer needs throughout the loan transaction.
  • Contributes to the overall profitability of the department and bank; implements cost controls, income generation, and department marketing efforts; monitors expenses to ensure compliance with the department budget.
  • Reinforces the application of superior customer service through his or her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved customers and employees.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, rates, vendors and competition.
  • Represents the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to further enhance the Bank’s image and develop additional business; assists the Bank in establishing and maintaining market position in the financing arena.
  • Provides leadership and training to less experienced loan officers and other staff members.
