Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directs workers engaged in major painting projects, performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings, and maintaining and repairing building utility systems such as electrical wiring and controls, heating, and ventilating systems.
  • Supervises workers engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical equipment. Supervises employees who maintain, repair and service plant equipment, buildings, and facilities.
  • Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
  • Prepares work schedules. Makes work assignments to subordinates.
  • Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policy and practices.
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees in solving work problems.
  • Works on projects involving the construction of new buildings and facilities and the alteration or modification of existing ones.
  • Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Administers training programs to ensure proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
  • May direct workers engaged in ground maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, raking and disposing of leaves and refuse, and snow removal. May supervise custodial services.

Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Experience:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Must have experience in a poultry processing environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours/shifts as needed.

This position conducts sales and marketing activities in an assigned territory. Working under occasional supervision, performs a wide variety of sales and marketing duties requiring extensive knowledge of all products for which Peterson is a dealer. Maintains close liaison and frequent communications with customers and works to develop new business. Coordinates and cooperates with several departments to accomplish job.

  • Is responsible for the promoting and selling of heavy machinery/equipment within an assigned territory.

  • Attend and participate in team strategic sales meetings and trade organizations. Support marketing activities by attending Trade Shows, conferences and other marketing events.

  • Up to 20% local and regional travel required.

Qualifications

The Relationship Manager supports the Bank's mission through effective sales and service, targeted business development efforts and community involvement. Responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships in accordance with the Bank's core values and in compliance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Increase the Bank's profitability by cultivating new business relationships.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships, new business, and periodic review of existing loan arrangements.
  • Negotiate proper loan structures, selling the Bank's credit and non-credit products, real estate, treasury management and other bank functions.
  • Maintain knowledge of accounting and financial principles, marketing and sales principles, credit analysis, economics, and other bank functions.
  • Represent the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to further enhance the Bank's image and develop additional business.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field, or relevant job experience.
  • 3-5 years Commercial and/or Real Estate lending experience.
  • Formal credit training.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and computer proficiency skills.

Title: Grants & Giving Coordinator Location: Cambridge, MA Duration: 6+ months This role is responsible for funding request facilitation and management, customer service, due diligence, preliminary risk identification, budget review, payments and reconciliations, and data management and integrity in GMSG platform. S/he will run routine reports to manage individual workload for assigned portfolio and prioritize tasks.   • Prepare Request Packages and Routing forms, Conduct Due Diligence and Route Request Packages to Operations Associate with preliminary recommendations; Route Sponsorships & Exhibits per current procedure
  • Escalate identified risks to Portfolio Ops Associate, Follow-up on Outstanding items from Internal & External Stakeholders, Update internal review tools to manage and monitor team tasks, Investigate and resolve Data Quality issues, run routine reports and manage record health in system (document uploads, status updates, notes)
