Primary Care Outpatient RN

The Primary Care/PACT Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care. This role supports Veterans in a multidisciplinary outpatient environment by combining clinical expertise, care coordination, patient education, and procedural assistance. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient-centered care, focusing on wellness and disease management. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient needs and coordinating healthcare services to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also be expected to respond to urgent clinical situations, including escalating care and escorting Veterans to the Emergency Department when medically necessary. Minimum Qualifications

Licensure: Current, unrestricted RN license from any state in the United States. Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA). Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of current nursing experience to include at least two (2) years of inpatient experience in care coordination and at least two (2) years of nursing experience in an outpatient setting. Education: ASN accepted; BSN preferred. o Education must have been completed at a school accredited by the ACEN or CCNE.

Speech Language Pathologist

Provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in Speech and Language Pathology.

Evaluates, plans and implements communication and/or swallow treatment programs according to physician referral, and/or plan of care. Designs programs to meet the patient's oral motor/swallowing, speech/language, and cognitive needs. Applies and shares advanced knowledge of new treatment philosophies and techniques, changes in the practice act or rules, or changes affecting the healthcare industry. Plans and organizes work in a systematic manner to enhance patient care and departmental outcomes and achieve established productivity standards. Promotes and supports positive and professional customer service, while interacting with clients, guests and hospital personnel. Works collaboratively with all members of the interdisciplinary team, other departments and disciplines to assure patients and customer's needs are met in a timely manner. Encourages the active participation of the patient and/or family in goal setting and patient/family training/education. Provides positive and constructive feedback to enhance departmental operations. Completes all necessary documentation as outlined by departmental policy and documentation review. This includes, but is not limited to, patient care charting, charge entry, completing peer chart and peer reviews, and documenting on daily schedule. Utilizes available information management systems to support departmental and hospital goals.

CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. A Brief Overview The General Trades Technician will provide general maintenance to facilities and building maintenance. As Maintenance Technician, you will be a valuable member of the maintenance team. Responsible for checking, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs in the following areas: electrical, air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other building maintenance areas. Work can include work in tight spaces depending on the maintenance requirement. What you will do

• Perform general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Respond to service requests, including but not limited to electrical, furnaces, lighting, HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, disposals, general plumbing and fixtures, carpentry, painting, roofing tasks, and other required maintenance items, as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines operate smoothly and efficiently and that the physical conditions of the buildings do not deteriorate.
• Follow and adhere to an established preventive maintenance program for all heating and ventilation systems and perform the required maintenance, including the replacement of filters.
• Assist in emergency maintenance as required, including sewage back-ups, water main and/or lateral breaks (dig to expose the line, repair, and replace soil as needed), fires, other types of water leaks, appliance repairs, etc.
• Assemble, install, and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
• Check blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs. Install, maintain, evaluate, and repair any components of the facility's systems. Operate plant equipment and building automation systems.
• Maintain equipment such as tools, gauges, snakes, drills, etc., in ready repair.
• Operate trade-related tools and equipment; maintain/assist with an accurate inventory of all materials and tools.
• Understand the proper use of equipment and chemicals and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Read and utilize blueprints, plans, drawings, and sketches to determine the work to be performed and resources required.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Maintenance standards, OSHA requirements, and client needs. Handle hazardous materials in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
• Observe all safety practices and regulations.
• Ensure all maintenance conforms to quality standards and designated timelines.
• Complete all required compliance, safety, and developmental training as assigned.
• Be available for on-call services as needed.
• Train other technicians with differing skill sets on the basics of the trade and provide mentorship, oversight, and direction.
• Drive for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties. Input work orders into the CMMS system per CGL policy.

Payroll Accounting Supervisor

The Payroll Accounting Supervisor supervises a payroll accounting team to ensure efficient operations and compliance. The position oversees accuracy of over 70 liability account reconciliations and the timely resolution of outstanding reconciling differences essential for financial compliance. Additionally, this role manages quarterly filings for tax returns and unemployment reporting while serving as the primary liaison with the ADP service provider for effective communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures payroll reconciliations are completed by the prescribed internal deadlines and the deadlines set forth by the Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM). Works with accountants, benefits, and external departments to resolve any discrepancies monthly and before the end of the fiscal year;
• Files quarterly unemployment reports to Virginia Employment Commission (VEC), other state agencies, and the Department of Taxation by the prescribed deadlines;
• Works with the external vendor to balance and submit 941s, 941 amendments, state quarterly filing by the prescribed deadlines, and reconcile calendar year end 941s, 1042s to W2s. Acts as point of contact with the external vendor;
• Responsible for supervision of the Payroll Accounting team and all aspects of performance management including training, goal setting, monitoring and delivery of work efforts, and providing feedback through verbal updates and written performance reviews to the teams. Adheres to legal and university policies and procedures and undertakes disciplinary actions as needed; and
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Demonstrated experience (typically 3-5 years) in payroll related account reconciliations and supervisory experience (typically 1-2 years); Experience working with large amounts of payroll data using Excel and analyzing the data for discrepancies or errors;
• Knowledge of payroll best practices, accounting, working with the general ledger, account reconciliations, complex HR/Payroll systems, and calendar and fiscal year end reporting (W2s/1042s);
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws and regulations, familiarity with FLSA, overtime rules and wage garnishment laws, and an understanding of benefits deductions and retirement deductions; and
• Ability to work collaboratively with end users, internal and external departments providing clear and effective communication on policies and process requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in payroll for a large, complex organization or higher education is preferred;
• Experience with multi-state and international taxation is a plus; and
• Workflow Optimization: Awareness of techniques to streamline operations, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency by proactively identifying opportunities for transformative improvements.
