The candidate should have an established and successful history managing and leading tasks for both small and large-scale projects, including but not limited to assisting with developing proposals and cost estimates, executing project tasks, and assisting with developing strategic plans. The successful candidate will be a seller-doer with demonstrated experience developing and supporting multiple projects from a routing, natural resources, and environmental permitting perspective, as well as managing and completing independent projects.

The candidate will support and manage the execution of transmission line projects, be a subject matter specialist, and be a technical lead/author on routing/siting studies, environmental studies, and analyses to support regulatory applications. Other areas of expertise may include NEPA analysis, resource impact assessment and consultation, and land use planning. This position also includes managing permit applications and analyzing environmental data supporting the development of environmental documents and studies for various types of projects, including high-voltage transmission lines, renewables, power generation construction activities, and gas transmission.

The Environmental Routing & Siting Project Manager will work within our Environmental Services (ENS) Global Practice to perform the following primary duties:

  • Project management, team leadership, and mentoring of junior staff.
  • Prepare routing studies and evaluations pursuant to regulatory requirements for applicable state applications.
  • Prepare environmental studies/evaluations, impact analysis, and NEPA documentation for projects serving a variety of markets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years related professional experience in a wide variety of areas, ranging from leading and managing technical teams, project management, business development, and the ability to effectively balance direct and indirect utilization rates.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with routing or siting studies, environmental permitting, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents, Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) documentation, or Energy Facility Siting and Licensing and associated testimony support is highly preferred.
  • Ability to clearly communicate both verbal and written technical information and work effectively with various audiences (including public officials, agency representatives, property owners, businesses, clients, construction contractors, etc.).

Gator Transport Group is looking for a Class A Heavy Hauler who is dependable, stable, and hardworking. Applicants must have at least three years' experience loading heavy construction equipment on a lowboy, flatbeds, and landoll trailers.

Job Responsibilities for The Heavy Haul Transport Driver:

  • Load/unload heavy equipment on/off trailers: front end loader, long reach excavator, dozer, roller, lull/forklift, off-road dump truck and backhoe.
  • Drive tractor trailer, dump truck, and/or roll off.
  • Verify the type of materials being transported and ensure proper weight restrictions.
  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure the truck is in operable working order.
  • Must clean the equipment, checking fluids and grease daily.
  • Promptly report any accidents, injuries, or mechanical faults to management.
  • Complete electronic pre/post trip DOT inspection report.
  • Comply with all DOT safety rules and regulations.
  • Assist in mobilizations/demobilizations as needed.
  • This position will include miscellaneous labor help on job site.
  • Must be motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet) required.

Qualifications for The Class A CDL Low-boy and Flatbed Driver:

  • Must have at least three years' experience loading heavy construction equipment on a lowboy, flatbed, and landoll trailer.
  • Working knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations.
  • Must have a valid Class A CDL with a clean record.
  • Current medical card required.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmissions.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • OSHA Certifications a plus.

Physical Demands/Work Environment for The CDL Dump Truck Driver:

  • Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Frequently will reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Regularly will lift up to 10 pounds; Frequently will lift 25 pounds; Occasionally will lift up to 50 pounds.

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:  

  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues on a wide range of industrial machinery, including but not limited to Accurpress, Safan Darley, HydMech, Marvel, Geka, Euromac, Omax and Peddinghaus machines.
  • Corrective Maintenance: Perform hands-on repairs, component replacements, and adjustments to restore malfunctioning machinery to optimal working condition.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze machine performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement adjustments or upgrades to improve efficiency, accuracy, and output. This may include fine-tuning settings, calibrating sensors, and optimizing operational parameters.
  • Operational Training: Conduct thorough and effective training sessions for customer operators and maintenance personnel on the proper operation, safety procedures, and basic maintenance of our machinery. This includes explaining machine functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting tips.
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers, providing clear, concise, and professional communication regarding service progress, technical explanations, and recommended solutions.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete detailed service reports, including problem descriptions, resolutions, parts used, hours worked, and any follow-up recommendations, utilizing CRM and CMMS software
  • Technical Support: Provide remote technical support to customers when not on-site, offering guidance and preliminary troubleshooting over the phone or video calls.
  • Parts Management: Coordinate with internal teams for parts ordering and returns, ensuring efficient inventory management for field service needs.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as customer site safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment at all times.
  • Continuous Learning: All technicians will be expected to study new machine technologies, software updates, and service procedures through ongoing training, workshops, and self-study.

Job Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or Technical Certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Field Service Technician, Industrial Electrician, or similar role, specifically with industrial machinery. Experience with CNC fabrication equipment, metalworking machines is a significant plus.
  • Some expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Some understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) logic and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to train others effectively and clearly explain technical concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service calls.
  • Proficient with common computer applications (word, excel, Microsoft email) and able to utilize service management software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods in various industrial environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with specific machinery lines sold by Capital Machine (e.g., Accurpress, HydMech, Timesavers etc.).
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or CRM software for service operations.
  • Experience with press brakes, industrial saws or shearing machines.
