Compensation and Benefits

About the role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution and management of one-to-many medium projects, several large projects, and/or complex projects according to pre-determined scope, schedule and budgets. Senior Project Managers will also provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced Project Managers / Project Coordinators. It is expected that the majority of time (70%) may be in customer facing activities.

This role will be focused on the project management activities in the early phases (pre-sales and early post-sales) in large scale engagements. The role will also contribute to Project Management Office strategy planning, including the development and implementation of standards jointly with the standards assurance team. What you'll be doing

• Obtain client sign-off on the Project Completion Form.
• Perform invoicing and project closure functions including sending and following up on Customer Satisfaction Survey’s.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full mechanical design lifecycle for rugged, mission-critical hardware, from initial assessment of existing architecture (mounting, housings, thermal management, integration points), documenting tribal knowledge, and evaluating CAD models, to identifying design gaps and technical debt.

Required Qualifications
