Job Summary:

The station manager is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the exciting day-to-day airport operations, or a segment of the operation.  The station manager must have a passion for ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operational and financial performance of the station.

Job Duties:  

·   Builds partnerships with customers and sets the example for the delivery of exceptional customer service.

·   Reviews operational and financial reports to ensure the station is meeting goals and objectives and takes corrective action as required.

·   Participates in employee relations investigations when complaints arise and resolves issues in a professional and timely manner.

·   Recruits new employees to ensure appropriate staffing, promotes team-building initiatives and performs coaching and mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.

·   Ensure that employees are properly trained and audit safety records as needed.

·   Sets, measures and manages the performance of self and others. Leads team members in achieving operational and financial objectives and goals.

·   Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.

·   Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. 

·   Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications:  

·   High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.

·   Must be at least 18 years of age.

·   Possesses a valid Driver’s License.

·   Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

·   Supervisory experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

·   Three years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Physical requirements:  

·   Must be able to frequently push, pull, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, lift up to 70lbs and move up to 70lbs; and constantly walk, stand, handle, grasp and reach out. May have to reach above shoulder occasionally.

Working conditions:  

·   You will need to have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. We operate in a shift bid environment.

·   Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.

·   Enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis (sun, rain, sleet or snow!) May be exposed to a wide variety of weather conditions, jet and machinery noises, fumes, dirt and dust for extended periods.

Job Duties:  

·   Oversight of Operational leadership and drives safety, operational performance, customer experience, and financial results.

·   Evaluate daily staffing and ensures resources are aligned for optimum performance.

·   Anticipate future staffing needs and ensure proactive recruitment measures are implemented.

·   Must have experience in airline ground handling services.

·   Must have the ability to identify, evaluate and refine operational and financial results and manage to meet target performance.

·   Must be able to lead team members effectively, as well as coach and develop individuals toward meeting corporate and individual goals.

·   Lead innovation by teaching, consensus-building, and project execution.

·   Ability to manage multiple priorities and be self-starting on tasks within area of expertise.

·   Ability to lead and demonstrate initiative and work well in a team environment

·   Excellent oral and written communication skills and a solid decision-maker with exceptional analytical skills.

·   Possesses a valid Driver’s License.

·   Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

·   Supervisory experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

·   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

·   Minimum of eight years in an aviation ground operations station or regional leadership position.

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide end-user technical support across our corporate and field operations teams. This role serves as a key point of contact for IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of support requests involving devices, applications, system access, and general troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 applications, and endpoint management tools while delivering excellent customer service to both office and frontline employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support requests
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and application-related issues
• Provide remote and onsite support for employees as needed
• Manage support tickets from intake through resolution within the ticketing system
• Prioritize requests based on business impact and service level expectations
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalations accurately
• Support setup, imaging, configuration, and deployment of laptops and mobile devices
• Assist with routine software installations, updates, and system patching
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
• Assist with password resets, account access, and MFA troubleshooting
• Support user account administration within Azure Active Directory (EntraID)
• Assist with device management and policy support through Microsoft Intune
• Escalate advanced technical issues to senior IT resources or vendors when appropriate
• Maintain knowledge base documentation and standard operating procedures
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• 2–5 years of experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or End User Support
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and Microsoft Intune
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environ

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SCCM/MECM
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Fundamentals or Modern Desktop Administrator
• Experience supporting multi-site or distributed workforce environments

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 25 pounds as needed
• Occasional travel to local sites may be required
