What We're Looking For:

  • 5-10+ years experience in:
    • Commercial Refrigeration (walk in freezers/coolers, reach in freezers/coolers and ice machines)
    • Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhaust systems, building balancing, etc.)
    • Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)

  • Medical Director role within a 32-bed residential addiction treatment program
  • Additional outpatient services supporting approximately 120 active clients across two clinics
  • Focus on treating licensed professionals including physicians, nurses, and executives

  • Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Phone call rotation: 10 days/ month, no weekend call, phone-only coverage
  • Collaborative team including psychiatrist, 2 nurse practitioners, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Diagnose and treat substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
  • Manage medication-assisted treatment including Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone, Subutex, and Campral
  • Lead multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and oversee patient care plans
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, admissions, and ongoing medication management
  • Administer board-recognized 72-hour assessments for licensed professionals, evaluating substance use and co-occurring disorders to support safe return to practice.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Provide clinical oversight for nursing staff and medical operations
  • Participate in program development, outreach, and strategic initiatives
