Summary

As an Outside Sales Engineer/Account Manager you will promote and sell the products and services currently represented by TriNova in the Buffalo, NY and immediate surrounding territories. You will be a consulting business partner to customers to determine current and future needs. In this position, you will help customers by providing the correct solutions to their problems; be a problem-solver, a trusted advisor, and a technical expert in applying our products; and being a liaison between the customer and the company. Moreover, you will build relationships and rapport with customers and also understand the customers' processes.

Primary Functions

• Call on end user representatives such as engineers or other professional and technical personnel at commercial, industrial, and other establishments to provide solutions to customers and act as a trusted advisor in applying our products to their application needs
• Review specifications, application requirements, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates, and benefits, for the client's use of proposed equipment or services
• Prepare or propose changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services which would result in cost reduction or improvement in operations
• Provide technical support to customers relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment
• Provide technology and product overviews/seminars to groups
• Develop and grow a territory by generating product sales, service & training
• Prepare and provide forecast, targets, plans and sales reports as needed

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related field
• OR Minimum 3-5 years of proven outside sales experience OR a combination of education and experience

Job Description

Walgreen's is re-doing their floor set up and we are looking for merchandisers to go in and make sure that the update was completed according to the new plan. You will be working with plan-o-grams and completing the resets by stocking or re-stocking the shelves. This position is dealing with mostly cosmetic resets. This project runs until November 13th. After the project is finished, then you will have an opportunity to be put onto one of our permanent projects.

Hours of Operations & Availability (Full time Associate) - This role is not expected to exceed 40 hrs. a week - Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. We offer mileage & drive time reimbursement between stores. Pay day is every Friday after 2pm central time.

Field Services Representative

Medline's ReNewal Division is hiring for a Field Services Representative (40 hours/week) in the greater New York City area! Medline ReNewal gets used medical devices and reprocesses them resulting in less waste in landfills and savings to facilities that buy reprocessed devices at a fraction of the original cost.

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in the general New York City area, the Field Services Representative (40 hours/week) is responsible for the on-going support of the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to pack and ship designated medical devices as well as execute any other tasks as agreed to with the facility. This individual will deliver prompt and excellent service to maintain and grow the program through job functions which include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Establish and follow a regular schedule to visit the assigned facility in order to collect devices in the designated containers
• Coordinate the packing of devices in Medline ReNewal shipping containers (employing proper techniques to ensure safe shipment of product)
• Arrange for shipment of collection containers in a timely manner
• Update the Medline ReNewal Collection Container Locations sheet to provide an accurate record of where all containers have been placed throughout the facility
• Provide support to in-service sessions as directed by the assigned Account Manager
• Make regular rounds throughout the facility; initially to introduce self and Medline ReNewal, and eventually to help answer questions and share any staff concerns with the assigned Account Manager
• 100% local travel throughout greater New York City area (including New Jersey and up to Rhinebeck, NY)
• Ensure program supplies remain stocked for use
• Distribute program collateral throughout the facility as directed by the assigned Account Manager

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Compensation Pay Range: $65,265.00 - $91,789.50 per year

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $65,265.00 - $91,789.50 per year.
