Work you'll do:
As a UKG Pro HCM Suite Implementation Solution Architect, you should expect to be involved in the following:

  • Implement UKG HCM Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance with a lens toward architecting a solution for the client, considering the technology stack of the platform(s) and up and downstream systems.
  • Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries.
  • Working in the full lifecycle of a UKG HCM Pro project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Technical Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare
  • Be able to carry on a mature dialogue with key client leaders to explain the complexities of the architecture of the UKG solution and the necessary parts that should be integrated with up and downstream systems.
  • Working with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings on integrations, development, customizations and conversion.
  • Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort.
  • Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.
Qualifications Required:
  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Superior knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent, and other related function, technical & processes that support the architecture.
  • Technical experience (integrations, conversion, development (including customizations and other technical needs) with some or all the UKG Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance and the underlying technology stack.
  • Experience working in the full lifecycle of a HCM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
  • Experience in technical requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Formal training or certification on team leadership concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
  • Knowledge of Finance and Treasury products
  • Hands-on expertise in Python and numerical libraries and statistical models.
  • Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Deep knowledge of data architecture, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Expert-level experience with AWS or other public cloud providers, as well as Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, databases, and analytics.
  • Proven influencer with a track record of successfully driving change across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with senior leaders and executives.
  • Advanced experience in leading technologists to solve complex technical challenges
  • Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
  • Experience in working on BI and AI/ML solutions with business stakeholders and data scientists is a plus.

In New York City, the good‑faith, reasonable annualized full‑time salary range for this role is between $191,000 - $234,500. Placement within these ranges will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.

For all other locations, the good‑faith, reasonable annualized full‑time salary range for this role is commensurate with competitive geographic market rates for this role and will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.

About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary yet hands‑on Principal Solutions Architect – AI to lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑grade AI platforms and solutions. This role will define the blueprint for intelligent systems that leverage Agentic AI capabilities and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable dynamic, context‑aware workflows across the mortgage lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Architectural Leadership: Define and own the AI architecture strategy, incorporating Agentic AI patterns and MCP‑based interoperability for scalable, context‑aware systems.
  • Multi‑Agent Orchestration: Design frameworks where autonomous agents collaborate, share context, and execute complex workflows with minimal human intervention.
  • Context Management: Implement MCP for secure, standardized context exchange between models, agents, and enterprise APIs, ensuring persistence and auditability.
