Requirements
  • Active North Carolina RN License (or compact multistate license)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in ED, ICU, Med-Surg, or SDU
  • Current AHA BLS Certification
  • ACLS required for ICU and ED (preferred for SDU)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection prevention standards
  • Provide patient and family education as appropriate
