Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Executive Chef to produce diversified menus for our guests using fresh ingredients.
  • Produce a daily variety of healthy, delicious, and nutritious buffet-style crew meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, maintaining high crew satisfaction.
  • Regularly check-in with the ship's crew regarding the overall satisfaction of the meals provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Travel to designated locations to perform mobile diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and other diesel-powered machinery.

What You Should Know

Our top technicians have extensive knowledge in both Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostics. Preventative Maintenance is a priority, but the ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and proficient in troubleshooting and repair of: HVAC, Braking systems and wheel end components, Engine systems, Emissions and Aftertreatment, and Electrical. This is a mobile technician; travel is required 100% of the time.

What You Should Have

High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or certificate in diesel technology, heavy equipment repair, or a related field preferred. 3+ years experience as a diesel technician, preferably with mobile service experience. Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics. Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools. Responsibilities:

  • Assess, monitor, and document patient's symptoms using required software symptoms
  • Collaborate with patient, family, partners, and interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care for patients

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate truck in accordance with all applicable Federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Efficiently load and deliver perishable product to customer striving to provide quality and good customer service.
