Regionalized Freight: Freight for our Regional Fleet is focused in specific regions, allowing for consistent home time and manageable routes that meet your needs.

Average Weekly Miles: Drivers typically run 2,000 miles per week depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.

Average Weekly Pay: $1200 gross per week.

Average Length of Haul: 300 miles.

Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.

Equipment and Support:

  • Drive in 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
  • Get 24/7 access to operations support no matter the time or day.

Vacation Package:

  • 1 year = 1 week
  • 3 years = 2 weeks

Pay and Bonuses:

  • Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
  • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.

What shift will I work?

With most deliveries starting in the early AM you will either be driving to your first stop the night before and taking a 10 hour break or driving in the early morning to make on time delivery. From there you will deliver throughout the day to multiple stores. Requires some night driving

When can I take a Vacation?

After 1 year you will get 1 weeks' vacation and after 2 years, you can take 2 weeks of vacation. And after 7 years, 3 weeks.

This totals up to 4 weeks at 10 years!

What kind of truck will I get?

Our fleet is comprised of Internationals, Freightliners and Kenworth's

Some of the best parts of being a dedicated driver are getting home WEEKLY, and driving an average of 1600 miles per week. That's around $1,400 every week and up to $72,000 annually. In addition to mileage pay, you'll earn $230

per load inclusive for the unload of the entire trailer.

As part of the dedicated team, you'll run DRY, TOUCH freight to various locations in FL, GA, AL, MS and LA - all within 500 miles of the Marianna FL distribution center. 100% of freight will be live unloaded at stores. This is 100% hand unload touch freight.

Specific Tasks & Procedures:

  • Perform a full range of physician services in accordance with privileges granted by the facility.
  • Direct, perform, or assist in the instruction of other health care professionals within the scope of the clinical privileges or responsibilities.
  • Examine, diagnose, treat or prescribe courses of treatment within the scope of training, experience, and privileges.

  • Shall meet the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) standard for Eglin Air Force Base for Relative Value Units (RVUs). The MGMA standard is updated annually on the fiscal year. It is the Contractor's responsibility to contact Medical Logistics for an updated copy.
  • Shall provide patient care in an outpatient setting. Routine workload is a result of scheduled appointments, walk-ins, outpatient and emergency department consultations, telephone consults, urgent or emergent care. The Contractor's workload requirements are determined by the need to meet patient care requirements, maintain access standards of the Facility and meet the Nephrology business plan (productivity) goals that are established by the Facility.
  • Shall coordinate nephrology services with other medical activities in accordance with Facility policies and regulations. The Nephrologist will also consult with other specialty practitioners for consultative opinions and continuation of care as required for patient care.
  • Shall provide medical examination, care and treatment to eligible healthcare system beneficiaries 18 years of age and older.
  • Shall have sufficient experience to be able to adequately diagnose and treat diseases/injuries to include but not limited to: mineral metabolism; fluid, electrolyte and acid-base regulation; acute renal failure; chronic renal failure and its management by conservative methods to include nutritional management of uremia; end-stage renal disease; hypertensive disorders; renal disorders of pregnancy; urinary tract infection; tubulointerstitial renal disease including inherited disease of transport, cystic diseases and other congenital disorders; glomerular and vascular diseases including glomerulonephritides, diabetic nephropathy and atheroembolic disease; disorders of drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics and nephrotoxicity; genetic and inherited renal disorders; geriatric aspects of nephrology; selection and acute/long term management of patients requiring kidney transplantation.
  • Shall have experience and be able to perform, but not limited to, the following procedures: peritoneal dialysis, acute and chronic hemodialysis, temporary hemodialysis catheter insertion and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
  • Shall initiate requests for tests and x-rays, follow up on abnormal results in accordance with hospital policy and prescribed medications in accordance with the privileges and hospital rules and regulations.
  • Shall participate in educational activities involving medical residents and other medical trainees. Such activities include giving lectures, supervision of residents in clinic duties, teaching residents on inpatient services and performing rounds with residency teams which include attending morning report.
  • Shall address patient expectations and requirements, establish level of need and priority of care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Shall coordinate patient care with community health agencies and social programs. The Nephrologist will facilitate continuity of care for patients.   • Shall respond appropriately to clinical emergencies.
  • Shall be guided by the Facility formulary for prescriptions. Drugs not appearing on the formulary must be pre-approved by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
  • Shall possess basic knowledge of established clinic standards of care and Joint Commission requirements for clinical and documentation protocols, safety, infection control, performance improvement, etc., to ensure compliance with policies and provide consistent training and guidance for clinic staff.

  • Shall possess basic knowledge of various training methods and interpersonal skills in order to develop a rapport with the patients and co-workers during which instructional and education information is presented and a supportive, trusting relationship is established.
  • Documentation. Contractor employees shall prepare all documentation to meet or exceed established facility standards, to include, but not limited to: timeliness, accuracy, content, and signature. Contractor employees shall only use facility and Air Force-approved abbreviations for documentation in the patient health records and follow the facility's Do Not Use Abbreviation List.   • Medical Records Documentation. Health care providers shall complete medical records documentation within 72 business hours of the encounter with the patient.
  • Coding. Contractor employees shall use the proper coding of procedures and treatment, and shall maintain coding accuracy (CPTIE & MI procedure) at the same standard, 90% or higher, as military and civil service health care providers engaged in comparable work.

The Physical Therapist Assistant will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. The in-home setting could be a patient's private residence or in a patient's room in an independent living facility. Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows the Physical Therapy Assistant to evaluate and treat in the most functional environment which is the patient's home. The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments to patients to facilitate increased independence and functioning under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. This position provides a flexible schedule and work environment in various settings.

1. Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other required meetings as a representative of physical therapy, under the direction of the physical therapist.

2. Responsible for adherence to department and patient treatment schedule, timely clinical and billing documentation requirements as well as work related meetings.

3. Works with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement programs and activities consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient.

4. Acts as an assistant to the Physical Therapist when the Physical Therapist is performing tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.

5. Instructs patients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the physical therapy treatment program under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.

6. Maintains appropriate and timely documentation for all patients treated.

7. Cleans, maintains, identifies, and reports the need for repair of equipment, as necessary.

8. Puts Patient Service First: Ensures that patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights.

9. Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Physical Therapist.

10. Provides individualized physical therapy treatments including but not limited to:

  • Therapeutic exercise including aerobic capacity conditioning, balance coordination, agility training, body mechanics and postural stabilization, flexibility exercises, gait and locomotion training, neuromotor development training, relaxation, strength, power, and endurance training

The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to support site infrastructure, including road maintenance, snow removal, and general site services activities.   • Operate a variety of heavy equipment such as graders, loaders, dozers, water trucks, sanders, and snowplows to support site services activities.

  • Perform snow removal, de-icing, and winter road maintenance to ensure safe site access during all weather conditions.

  • Full-scope practice looking for an Optometrist who can treat the elderly population
  • On average 20-25 patients daily with most exams being medical, short, and brief

  • A scribe is available for your brief note-taking
  • All portable optometric equipment is provided and you will be trained
