Senior Software Engineer (UI) - CLO Compliance
Siepe
dallas, tx
Compensation: 90.000 - 120.000

Siepe is a fast-growing technology company headquartered in Dallas, TX – focused on helping investment managers turn complexity into clarity. We build software and data solutions that give hedge funds and financial services firms the visibility, speed, and confidence they need to make better decisions – faster.

Our platform delivers a unified source of truth that empowers our clients with real-time, actionable insights. We don’t just serve the industry – we help modernize it!

Siepe is profitable, privately held, and growing fast. We offer more than just competitive pay and great benefits—we offer the chance to do impactful work alongside sharp, driven teammates in a culture that rewards curiosity, initiative, and follow‑through. Whether you come from finance, tech, or are charting a new path, you’ll find meaningful problems to solve, real ownership, and the momentum to grow your career with purpose.

At Siepe, we don’t hire engineers to write code. We hire architects who command AI to build it.

The private credit and CLO market is booming. The operational technology hasn’t kept up. Siepe is changing so that we build the platform that asset managers trust to run compliance, portfolios, trades, and report across billions in structured credit. Our Dallas team walks into the office every day and ships production features that didn’t exist last month, in a domain where most firms are still pushing spreadsheets.

This isn’t a place where you’ll grind through ticket queues. You’ll describe the solution the architecture, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, the performance targets and AI will execute it. Your craft is in the specification. Your leverage is in the tooling. Your judgment is what keeps it all honest.

In this role, you’ll own the Angular front end of our CLO compliance platform dashboards, exception workflows, configuration, and reporting that investment managers depend on daily. AI is your engineering team. You direct it, review its output, and hold it to the same standard you’d hold any senior developer. In compliance, wrong numbers have real consequences and that’s exactly what makes this work matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

You Architect. AI Executes.

  • Describe features with enough precision that AI delivers correct Angular components, validation logic, and state management on the first pass
  • Define rich, integrated test scenarios not just happy paths with clear coverage expectations that AI generates and you validate
  • Set nonfunctional requirements up front: response times, bundle budgets, accessibility scores, rendering thresholds and enforce them through automated checks
  • Own post deployment validation: confirm that what shipped behaves the way it was specified under real data and real load
  • Drive large scale migrations AngularJS to modern Angular, legacy state to NgRx by decomposing the problem and directing AI through it file by file

You Build What AI Can’t

  • Design UI patterns that handle massive datasets virtual scrolling, lazy loading, smart caching chosen from real usage, not guesswork
  • Integrate with .NET/C# backend services through REST APIs with solid error handling and security patterns
  • Shape the codebase so AI gets better over time: consistent conventions, structured state, clear component boundaries

What You’ll Bring

You think in systems, not tickets. You see a compliance workflow and immediately start decomposing it into components, state flows, API contracts, and test scenarios before you write a single line of code.

  • Strong Angular and TypeScript experience you care about maintainability, correctness, and performance
  • You’ve built enterprise web applications with complex workflows, large datasets, and structured data
  • You can describe a solution clearly enough architecture, edge cases, NFRs, KPIs that AI (or a junior dev) could build it from your spec alone
  • Practical NgRx and RxJS experience for managing complex, long lived UI state
  • You review AI output the way a tech lead reviews a pull request: fast, precise, and with an eye on what breaks downstream
  • Financial services or regulated environment experience is a plus CLO concepts, compliance monitoring, audit trails
  • Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Why Siepe

We’re a tight knit crew in Dallas that wades into unknown waters together every day. No bureaucratic layers. No six month roadmaps gathering dust. You’ll shape how an entire industry operates and you’ll do it alongside people who care about the craft as much as you do.

If you want to be the architect not the bricklayer come build with us.

What We Offer

At Siepe, we don’t just hire talent, we build performance-driven teams empowered by transparency, curiosity, and continuous growth. Our Total Rewards go beyond the basics: they’re designed to reward bold thinking, support personal development, and create space for meaningful connection whether you’re growing your career, your skill set, or your impact.

Senior Software Engineer - Data & Insights
Tyler Technologies
boise, id
Compensation: 100.000 - 150.000

We are looking for a remarkable Senior Software Engineer to join us! We've built a team of not just the best engineers, but some really awesome humans as well. This team builds cloud software (platform + apps + ecosystem) to accelerate the flow of government data into the hands of citizens, developers, businesses and researchers. With our Data & Insights solutions, we impact society by enabling governments of all sizes to employ data-driven leadership.

This means a few things:

  • We are solving some pretty cool data access problems (ex. how do you extract, host and visualize every taxi ride in NYC so that any resident, anywhere can access it?).
  • What we do matters. New York , Seattle , San Francisco and 300+ other cities, states and counties use us to connect citizens with information that matters to their day to day life.

Software Engineers here work in teams of 6-10 engineers to build scalable, distributed systems for some of the most important data on the planet. We're looking for people who are comfortable diving deep into development, learning from others, and sharing their ideas. While most of our division's engineering team is located in the Seattle area, this position can be done remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship high-quality customer-facing features.
  • Maintain and improve a distributed cloud platform running on AWS.
  • Provide direct mentorship to junior engineers on the team.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, engineering management, designers, and product owners to design and architect solutions to our business problems.

Qualifications

  • Care about scalable, robust, well-tested code
  • Consider yourself a full stack engineer, willing to work in any part of the stack required for the task. For a senior level role, we need you to have at least 4 years of experience.
  • Have experience with at least one statically typed language like Scala, Elixir, Java, Go or C++
  • Have significant frontend experience (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). We are currently using React/ES2016 supported by Redux, jQuery, Typescript and Ruby on Rails.
  • Show a strong track record of shipping software in the face of ambiguity
  • Demonstrate experience in owning all aspects of a system lifecycle, from proper design, testing, deployment, metrics and monitoring
  • Enable other engineers' success both through your code contributions and through direct mentorship
  • Share our passion for our clients' success (no really, we mean it)
  • Have experience exploring, or ideally working with, database technologies including relational databases (we use Postgres) and NoSQL stores. Bonus points for experience with technologies like Elasticsearch and AWS.
  • Are comfortable working in a heterogeneous development environment where you'll be working with multiple development languages and technologies. This team owns significant portions of Ruby and JavaScript code, as well as periodically touching Java, Scala, and other languages.
  • You solve the problem, not the symptoms.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check required

Please apply if you share our beliefs that:

  • It's healthy to laugh at yourself.
  • Hard work is necessary. Smart work and long hours can be appropriate but are not a way of life.
  • There are no experts, just people who are building expertise.
  • Buzz words like "think-piece, charette or cross-functional synergy" have no place in an engineering team.
  • You make the most progress as a team, and teams aren't built out of people who want to shout the loudest.
  • Owning a software platform is like owning any other complex system (a house, a business, insert favorite metaphor here), it requires observation and maintenance as well as new construction.

Senior Software Engineer, Claims Submissions
Athelas
mountain view, ca
Compensation: 170.000 - 240.000

At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.

Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission.

Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.

About The Role

At Commure, our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Core team is building the autonomous backend that turns healthcare's most manual financial workflows into intelligent systems. The Claims Submissions team owns getting claims out the door correctly, the first time. It is in front of the entire revenue cycle: nothing else downstream matters if we can't reliably translate a clinical encounter into a clean, payer-accepted claim.

What You’ll Do

  • Clearinghouse integrations: submitting claims through multiple clearinghouses and handling their heterogeneous response, verification, and error semantics.
  • The claim generation pipeline: transforming structured claim payloads into valid electronic EDI claims across professional (CMS-1500), institutional (CMS-1450/UB), and dental (CDT) formats, plus paper‑claim and PDF generation for payers that require mail or fax.
  • Build the Eligibility Orchestrator's routing logic so the right payer gets the right claim, with guardrails that prevent acting on a coverage result that belongs to the wrong person.
  • Scale a rule engine that runs hundreds of configurable conditions and actions per customer across high transaction volumes — safely, idempotently, and with full explainability for operations teams.
  • Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform by proposing and implementing improvements to architecture, tools, and technologies.
  • Build end‑to‑end products to revolutionize revenue cycle management for providers and administrators.
  • Take ownership of end‑to‑end integration workflows, from design and development through to deployment and post‑launch monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, and healthcare) to gather integration requirements, define technical approaches, and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Conduct in‑depth code reviews, uphold best practices, and drive architectural improvements across the stack.

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software development industry experience.
  • Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React.
  • Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go.
  • Experience including but not limited to Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non‑relational DBs, and monitoring/alerting tools.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing end‑to‑end solutions and making successful architectural decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
