Job Summary
In collaboration with the physician, provides care to new or established patients. Demonstrates autonomy through patient evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care. Orders testing as deemed necessary and remains proficient in interpreting results and prescribing appropriate medication and therapeutic regimen within the scope of practice of the physician assistant. These roles, undertaken in cooperation with nursing, staff physicians and other department staff, may include triage, telephone communication and patient education.

Position Details:
The successful Physician Assistant candidate will work under the responsibility and supervision of the physician and require completion of an ARC-PA (or predecessor organization) approved physician assistant program, current NCCPA certification or eligibility and Pennsylvania State licensure.
The successful Nurse Practitioner candidate will work in collaboration with the physician and have a certificate of completion from an approved program for Nurse Practitioners or be eligible to hold national certification that allows the NP to work with the patient populations and location settings associated with this position. Must be eligible for licensure as a nurse practitioner in the state of PA.

- Assesses and establishes a presumptive diagnosis and implements treatment plans for their patient population.
- Makes accurate and complete entries into the electronic medical record; orders and interprets diagnostic testing and consults as appropriate and prescribes appropriate medical therapy utilizing evidenced based practice.
- Prescribes, adjusts or discontinues medications or therapies as appropriate.
- Evaluates and reports to collaborating physician any circumstances or approaches to medical management or test results that present a significant risk to patient's health or well-being.
- Performs procedures within the scope of practice of the physician assistant license.
- Communicates with collaborative physician, patient, PCP and referring staff through telephone or other means of correspondence.
- Instills confidence in patient acting as their advocate by providing safe, ethical care and health education to the patient and their family in a language that they can understand.
- Interprets and follow policies and guidelines to define procedures and meet goals and deadlines.

Your primary focus will be full-service tax return preparation, providing expert tax advice, calculations, and software support, but your responsibility extends beyond that. You will be the connective tissue between your customers and a broader team of specialists covering business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services. This is not a hand-off model. As a primary driver of local growth, you will own your market — identifying and pursuing prospects through targeted outreach, grass-roots marketing initiatives, referral networks, and community partnerships. Serve as the local face of TurboTax, converting new prospects into loyal, long-term clients. Organize and lead local events such as financial literacy workshops, community pop-ups, and networking gatherings with the support of TurboTax marketing tools and resources, to create consistent opportunities for customer engagement and brand awareness.
Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Act as a trusted guide for every client by developing a deep understanding of their complete financial picture and connecting them with the Intuit solutions best positioned to move them forward. Key Qualifications
Who You Are:
- EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
- Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.Familiarity with Circular 230
- Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Operating hours are subject to change and will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand, such as tax season
- Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development. Training requirements are subject to change based on business needs and the company reserves the right to introduce additional requirements at any time
- Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms. Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.
- Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
