Reporting to the Executive VP of Strategy and Service, the SVP will lead branch services, virtual banking (service center), consumer and commercial lending, and recovery/collections. This role is critical in delivering a consistent, high quality member experience across all channels, aligning operations with long term growth goals, and strengthening performance, efficiency, and service delivery. The SVP role is essential to lead and collaborate with leaders across key operational areas to elevate member service, growth of the credit union, and ensure financial success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide operational strategy , aligning branch services, service center, lending, and recovery with organizational goals
  • Champion a member-first culture across all channels

What We Offer

Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties
  • Enters patient data in the system including patient name, insurance, allergies, doctor and diagnosis. Enters the prescription in the system, selecting the brand, product/drug, and appropriate strength to align with the instructions given by the prescribing Provider.
  • Fills or dispenses the product from the pharmacy stock and delivers to patient.
  • Processes prescription refills verifying refill availability.
  • Maintains awareness of stock level and enters order for restocking based on defined minimum inventory levels. Verifies quantity and submits order to the Wholesaler.
  • Verifies product orders received with invoice and purchase order. Places a sticker on each item and places on the shelf.
  • Monitors and checks expiration dates on drugs in stock and prepares expired stock for return to Wholesaler. Processes credit invoices associated with the returns.
  • Returns or discards dispensed prescription to stock if not picked up by patient in 30 days. Enters information in the system for reverse billing.
  • Completes third party billing form and contacts Provider if prior authorization is required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Performs clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and YVFWC requirements.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Professional Licenses/Certificates/Registration:
    • WA Pharmacy Technician Certification.
    • Alternatively, may have an active WA Pharmacy Intern License.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate at level 9 on the language proficiency scale to receive bilingual differential pay. Effective verbal and listening communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, faxing, scanning and copying. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to organize work while performing multiple tasks requiring attention to detail. Basic proficiency with a variety of computer systems including Microsoft Office preferred. Job Summary

Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually based on state requirements. Maintains all department specific required certifications. Iowa: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course once CNA certification is obtained.

Summary Responsible for the timely, courteous, and confidential processing, closing, underwriting, and shipping of all types of mortgage loans for members by performing the following duties:

Interviews mortgage loan applicants and analyzes the information received to recommend the correct product for the applicant.
Submit the mortgage loan application to an automated underwriting system for approval. Document the loan file with accurate information and comply with all underwriting requirements as stated on the automated underwriting decision sheet.
Prepares directions for the Loan processor pertaining to the information that will be required to perfect the mortgage loan sale to the secondary market.
Communicates to the applicant, real estate agent, etc. the status of the mortgage application.
Develops and promotes good public relations within the Real Estate community and with the member base of the Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union, etc.
Reviews the completed file to assure that all mortgage processing functions are completed before and after closing for proper documentation and salability of the loan to the secondary market. Perfects the loan documentation for purchases for any loans which are suspended.
Keeps updated and current on all mortgage products, procedures, and policies.
Makes recommendations of needs for review or changes of policies and procedures relating to the mortgage lending process to the AVP Mortgage Services.
Is knowledgeable about all products available at the Credit Union and actively cross sells products to qualified members.
Assists the Marketing Department in the promotion and development of mortgage related products.
Assists in the collection of payments for all in-house mortgages which the loan officer originates.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, members, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Must have well-developed math and problem solving skills.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to research data and make accurate decisions.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software. Should also have ability to type accurately and operate a 10-key adding machine and knowledge of automated underwriting software.

Other Skills and Abilities: The employee should have a thorough understanding of all policies, regulations and procedures for regulatory and investor agencies as they pertain to the mortgage lending industry such as but not limited to knowledge pertaining to FHA, VA, Conventional and Rural Development guidelines and regulatory compliance.

They must display a courteous and helpful attitude toward members and co-workers and demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships. What You'll Do:
  • Coach, mentor, and train direct report staff. Provide continuous performance management and conduct employee performance evaluations. Address performance and/or behavior issues, clarify expectations, and provide feedback
  • Support staff growth and development. Assess the educational and experience needs of all levels of staff in collaboration with the individual. Encourage staff to seek educational opportunities, incorporating job - related training in addition to mandatory training
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of staff. Provide orientation that outlines job requirements and expectations, policies and procedures, and proper use of tools and equipment
  • Review Clinic Maternal and Pediatric client referrals from the Case Management group and/or clinic medical and nursing staff

  • Develop client Care Plans based on health history, health behavior, and data collected from screening tools
  • Establish and maintain a therapeutic client relationship, establish goals, monitor progress, and revise the Care Plan as needed
  • Perform interventions and health education for prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care as requested. This may include home visits to perform newborn assessments
  • Participate in regular interdisciplinary team case reviews
  • Maintain clinic and State - required intervention documentation
  • Mentor nursing students, community health workers, and new Public Health Nursing staff
  • Review staff charts to ensure policy compliance
  • Ensure each site meets productivity requirements and work with staff on any improvements needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with course work in public health
  • Two years' experience in providing maternity and newborn physical exams. This includes one years' supervisory experience
  • Two years' supervisory experience preferred
  • Current Oregon State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate within 45 days of hire
  • May require the following certification based on location and job duties performed
    • -International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred at a level 10 to receive bilingual differential pay
  • Knowledge of established professional nursing concepts, principles of practice and nursing procedures
  • Knowledge of and skill in using North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) nursing diagnosis
  • Knowledge of and skill in using therapeutic communication techniques
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
