  • Review and validate BRDs for the Client CRM
  • Review data spec that will sit alongside the BRD for Client CRM
  • Review the proposed CRM data model to ensure it aligns with broader business requirements
  • Review and provide feedback on the CRM data mapping and migration plan
  • Collaborate on how the CRM will integrate with other systems from a data perspective, including the creation of a data flow diagram (EA also)
  • Confirm data sources & calculations
  • Advise on data ownership and stewardship
  • Provide test datasets& a framework for testing the data migration and flows to ensure everything works as intended before going live
  • Manage data cleansing & validation processes within MDM, relating to Client CRM data

Client Analyst with a focus on Client Lifecycle Management
I believe the CRM is Dynamics on the Sales Side and Smart Sheets on the Client Side. This is focused on the client side.

This person will need to understand what we need to do to collect the client related data from a client management perspective. Client lifecycle Management
Once a client signs the contract and get onboarded, how do we get their portfolios set up, client reporting, what are the reference data and other data that needs to be there.
How do we need to sunset a client?
What needs to go into different systems?
They need to work autonomously and have an opinion
We are ready to engage a client analyst into the team. Providing a high-level description of what the role would be, but please keep in mind that this person will continue beyond CRM to be the primary support analyst for the client workstream that will include client master and client reporting. We need a senior resource who can run fairly independently.

About The Role

As the Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be the architect and developer of our distributed modeling and design infrastructure. This includes simulations, ML models, optimization algorithms and large-scale data management systems. You will

  • Empower the ML team by optimizing workflows for deployment, testing, and development.
  • Partner with UX engineers to build customer-facing products that utilize our modeling and compute power.
  • Organize and manage diverse datasets and schemas to ensure seamless team access.
  • Create monitoring and management tools that allow the team to proactively address or avoid system failures.

  • Collaborate directly with research scientists and ML engineers to understand user needs, define product requirements, and build features that fit seamlessly into our workflows.

What You Should Have

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade, user-facing applications.
  • Demonstrable expertise in building and hosting front-end focused products on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proficiency in modern frontend development with TypeScript and React, including experience with frameworks like Next.js, state management libraries and data fetching/caching strategies.
  • Strong backend development experience in Python with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Proven experience with relational databases (BigQuery, PostgreSQL), containerization (Docker) and distributed compute management systems (CloudRun, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with MLOps and technologies for training and serving ML models.

About the Role

  • 24/7 client support – no need to handle tech or customer service issues; we’ve got it covered.
  • This is a commission-based role with no base salary . The expected earnings range is $60,000–$125,000 annually , based on performance. Compensation includes uncapped commissions, monthly residuals on active accounts, and performance-based bonuses.
