Bitget US is building a secure, customer-focused, and scalable digital-asset business serving the U.S. market. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Finance to lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, planning, and control functions for the U.S. business.

The Head of Finance will help build and maintain a strong financial-control environment, support sound decision-making, and coordinate finance-related requirements with internal stakeholders and external service providers. The role will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and senior leadership to ensure financial processes are well documented, appropriately controlled, and aligned with applicable business, contractual, and regulatory obligations.

This position is well suited to a finance leader with strong controllership, treasury, financial-planning, and operational leadership experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or other regulated environments.

What you’ll do

Financial Operations and Controls

  • Lead core accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, reconciliations, accruals, financial close, and maintenance of accurate accounting records.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain finance policies, procedures, and internal controls appropriate to the business’s activities and risk profile.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including management reporting and financial statement preparation.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and operating expenses; identify and accelerate material financial risks and variances.
  • Manage treasury processes, banking relationships, payment controls, cash forecasting, and authorized investment activity.
  • Support the design and operation of controls relating to the handling, reconciliation, and safeguarding of customer-related assets or funds, where applicable.

Business Partnership and Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, pricing, investment decisions, and profitability initiatives.
  • Provide timely financial analysis and practical recommendations to support growth, resource allocation, and risk-management decisions.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, establishing clear responsibilities, performance standards, and scalable operating processes.
  • Coordinate annual audits, tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and reporting to shareholders or affiliated entities, as applicable.
  • Build productive relationships with external auditors, banking partners, service providers, consultants, and other relevant counterparties.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Product, and Commercial teams to understand business activity and strengthen financial processes.
  • Support finance-related diligence, vendor oversight, new-product reviews, and operational readiness initiatives.

What you’ll need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressively responsible finance, accounting, treasury, controllership, or financial-planning experience.

JOB BRIEF (PURPOSE)

The FHA/HUD Deputy Chief Underwriter – LEAN is a player-coach role responsible for both individual production and team leadership. This position is expected to independently underwrite complex FHA-insured healthcare transactions — including large portfolios and single-asset loans — while also managing, coaching, and overseeing Senior Underwriters and the broader FHA Underwriting Team. The role provides day-to-day leadership, workflow direction, quality oversight, and training, ensuring transactions are assigned appropriately and executed with a high standard of credit quality, responsiveness, and client service. The Deputy Chief Underwriter serves as a senior underwriting authority, partnering closely with the Chief Underwriter, originators, and HUD to drive sound deal structuring, disciplined risk management, and timely execution across the FHA pipeline.

Please note: This is an on-site position and not eligible for remote or virtual work. The candidate will be required to work from a KeyBank office, with preferred locations including Dallas, TX or Cleveland, OH or Overland Park, KS.

Essential Job Functions

Team Leadership & Pipeline Management

  • Lead and manage the FHA Underwriting Team, including Senior Underwriters, Underwriters, Analysts, and Loan Processors; assign transactions, balance workload, and ensure work is distributed appropriately based on deal complexity, experience, and capacity.
  • Manage an individual underwriting portfolio while maintaining critical pipeline data and oversight across the broader team to ensure accurate reporting, visibility into deal status, and proactive management of timelines and bottlenecks.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Senior Underwriters and other team members through transaction review, real-time guidance, formal training, and ongoing feedback — with particular emphasis on sound credit judgment, the Lien Guide, HUD program requirements, and FHA underwriting fundamentals.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and retaining employees. Lead onboarding efforts to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
  • Conduct mid-year and year-end employee performance reviews. Conduct other reviews as necessary to address issues requiring immediate corrective action.

Credit Oversight & Risk Management

  • Independently underwrite complex FHA-insured transactions while overseeing the broader FHA underwriting process to ensure all loans are underwritten properly and firm commitments are issued on a timely basis.
  • Review and quality-control underwriting narratives, HUD-form documentation, and related analyses prepared by Senior Underwriters and other team members for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable FHA policies, Lien Guide requirements, and internal credit standards.
  • Assess transaction risk, provide risk mitigation strategies, and deal structuring recommendations. Ensure all risks are identified, documented, and appropriately addressed or escalated.

HUD & Regulatory Governance

Deal Strategy & Client Experience

  • Serve as a senior underwriting leader on deal calls, functioning as a hands-on problem solver and troubleshooter while helping the team identify issues early and avoid last-minute surprises.
  • Work collaboratively with the relationships managers and mortgage bankers to problem-solve, develop creative transaction structuring solutions, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Interface directly with borrowers, HUD staff, and external clients when necessary, maintaining a proactive, professional, and transparent approach.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Review loan commitments to ensure they are consistent with Loan Committee and HUD approval conditions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing market rate and affordable multifamily FHA transactions, with deep knowledge of the LEAN Guide, HUD Handbooks, and FHA underwriting fundamentals.
  • Proven experience preparing, reviewing, and quality-controlling HUD-required loan documentation, including underwriting narratives, cost certifications, and firm commitment applications.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel-based analysis for multifamily underwriting.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting third-party reports, including appraisals, market studies, environmental reports (Phase I/II), and physical condition assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting is preferred; however, candidates with degrees in other relevant fields will be considered based on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview

The Tax Manager will be responsible for reviewing and preparing tax returns while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role involves tax planning, research, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve tax-related issues. Responsibilities

  • Focus on International Tax returns - 5471, 2555, and 1116.
  • Review, oversee, and mentor 2 Tax Accountants.
  • Prepare and file multi-state, federal, and state tax returns for C-Corporations and Partnerships, including extensions and estimated payments as Tax Manager.
  • Prepare federal and state consolidated tax returns and interface with corporate operating companies
  • Identify, research, and resolve tax issues to ensure compliance and minimize risk
  • Perform corporate income tax functions, including compliance, planning, and accounting
  • Calculate tax basis and assess implications of proposed transactions as Tax Manager
  • Handle voluntary disclosures and maintain communication with tax authorities
  • Analyze tax accounts and ensure accurate reporting
  • Continuously research and stay updated with current tax laws and regulations

Required Experience/Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of tax experience at a public accounting/CPA firm
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting standards

This candidate will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team and will develop design methodologies to exploit and expand use of Siemens EDA Xpedition products. The candidate will need strong communication skills consulting and presenting to customers to articulate how the Siemens EDA Xpedition tool suite will help them to maximize the performance of the leading-edge technologies in their designs. The candidate will need to point out gaps in the customers design flow and articulate what is possible to increase the customer’s design capability while driving efficiencies in their development flow to meet their Time-To-Market (TTM) goals with high quality. The candidate must have experience in design and data management, ability to understand and accommodate customer IT architectures, databases, and strong programming and scripting skills associated with the intended focus.

We are looking for a person who is or can grow into a technical leadership position, potentially guiding new recruits in support of the overall System Practice. The candidate will liaison with our EBS product division, especially in areas of advanced development, customizations, development, and maintenance of CLS generated applications used in advanced processes in our customer base.

Technical Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in PCB HW Development Methodology
  • Strong knowledge in SW development.
  • Strong knowledge in both EDM design & library methodology, tools, and design flow.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, programming and trouble shooting skills.
  • Experience with Siemens EDA Xpedition tools.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Plan Design

  • Own the strategic direction of the Company's benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the Total Rewards philosophy.

Financial Stewardship

  • Partner closely with Finance, brokers, and external consultants to develop long‑term healthcare cost strategies, financial forecasts, and funding recommendations.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve benefits processes by leveraging technology, automation, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Partner with HRIS to optimize Workday Benefits functionality, system integrations, automation, and self‑service capabilities.
  • Establish governance, documentation, controls, and standardized operating procedures that support operational excellence.
  • Lead enterprise initiatives related to benefits programs, including Open Enrollment, vendor implementations, technology enhancements, wellbeing initiatives, and process improvements.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRS, DOL, ADA, USERRA, and all other applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Lead regulatory filings, Form 5500 reporting, Summary Annual Reports, government reporting requirements, and internal/external audits.
  • Oversee governance activities supporting the Company's Retirement Plan Investment Committee, including fiduciary documentation, committee materials, and coordination with external advisors.
  • Ensure timely payments to benefits vendors, government agencies, and third‑party administrators while maintaining strong financial controls.

Employee Experience

  • Own the overall strategy, planning, and execution of the Company's annual Open Enrollment process.
  • Partner with Communications and HR teams to develop comprehensive employee education and engagement strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate employee feedback and utilization data to improve the overall benefits experience.

Leadership

  • Lead the strategic Benefits Center of Excellence while providing strategic direction and guidance to the Benefits Administration function within HR Operations.

You Have
