Job description
  • Olympus Health coordinates and conducts physical evaluations on behalf of government agencies, supporting individuals through pre-employment, return-to-work, and other occupational health examinations. This position supports services provided for the State of Wisconsin. Olympus Health also partners with multiple state agencies across the country to deliver these essential evaluation services.
  • Services are provided on an as-needed basis and may involve one to two examinations per month. Examinations will be scheduled within your existing Monday through Friday availability, allowing for flexibility alongside your current practice or employment commitments.
PERTINENT INFORMATION
  • As the examining provider, you will conduct physical examinations and functional assessments focused primarily on evaluating a claimant's physical function, mobility, and range of motion.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct physical examinations using a structured, standardized template within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
    • Perform objective assessments to assist the State of Wisconsin in evaluating eligibility for government employment.
    • Accurately document examination findings in a clear, thorough, and professional manner.
